Everett Maroon lives and writes in Walla Walla, WA with his partner and a little baby. A transplant from Washington, DC, he was a founding member of the DC Trans Coalition, which helped to install the most comprehensive protective regulations for transgender people in the country. He has a B.A. in English from Syracuse University and went through an English literature master’s program there. A member of the Pacific Northwest Writer’s Association, he writes about acclimating to the area at trans/plant/portation. He was a co-author of a blog about popular culture, I Fry Mine in Butter.
